Specializing in full-face treatments, Brittany customizes each plan to meet unique needs, focusing on full-face balancing rather than one-size-fits-all solutions. Her goal is natural, harmonious results that enhance confidence and beauty.
At La Belle Medical Clinic, Brittany values long-term relationships, understanding that the aesthetic journey is about confidence at every step. She enjoys connecting with her patients and crafting holistic, personalized plans that achieve optimal results.

DR. Erin Palmer, BSC, MD, CCFP, FCFP
Aesthetic Medicine Physician
Erin is a family physician who has worked in family practice, serving the community of Saint John, NB, since 2011.
Academically, her training includes a BSc with honours from UNB, a medical doctorate (MD) from Dalhousie, and residency training in family medicine at Dalhousie (CCFP). She is also a fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (FCFP). Her career in family medicine includes office practice, home visits, hospital care, teaching and primary care research.
During her training, Erin spent considerable time learning dermatology through extra rotations and electives as this has always been a keen interest for her. When the opportunity came to transition to aesthetic medicine, she knew it was her calling. She has been honing her skills in aesthetic medicine for several years and has gradually transitioned to full-time practice in the field.
She has completed extensive training in aesthetics including Basic and Advanced injectable certification though CAMA, Sclerotherapy certification though CBAM, Therapeutic neuromodulators, Sclerotherapy and Lip Enhancement through THMA, and Laser and aesthetic skin therapy through Harvard.
In her personal life, she is a mom to 2 young boys and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and surfing as well as many artistic endeavors including illustrating and photography.
Erin’s experience in family medicine and procedural expertise combined have allowed her to become a highly skilled aesthetic provider. Her philosophy is to provide safe, evidence-based, care and natural, long-term results.
Bailey Sherwood, LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse & Laser Specialist
Bailey Sherwood is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with a background in neuroscience and critical care, where she honed her skills for four years before transitioning to Medical Aesthetics. With a solid foundation in patient care, Bailey brings an unparalleled level of expertise and compassion to her role.
Bailey is deeply passionate about skincare and beauty, driving her interest in aesthetic medicine. She builds strong patient relationships and excels in La Belle's dynamic environment.
Under the direction of our Medical Director, Bailey tailors personalized treatment plans to address diverse skin concerns, offering advanced services such as Microneedling with PRP and IV Drip Therapy, and cutting-edge laser procedures, complemented by her use of medical-grade skincare products. Known for her conservative yet effective approach, she ensures patients leave feeling refreshed and balanced. In addition to her clinical role, Bailey actively manages La Belle's social media presence. She engages with the community by sharing valuable insights into skincare practices and updates on aesthetic treatments.
Outside of work, she finds joy in travelling, socializing with friends and family, and, most importantly, spending time with her beloved dog, Stella.
Meaghan Chipman
Medical Aesthetician
With over eight years of experience in the field, Meagha is a highly skilled medical aesthetician specializing in skin treatments, facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning. Her expertise is complemented by her background as a professional makeup artist, allowing her to offer a comprehensive approach to skincare and beauty.
