Aesthetics is more than a profession for Brittany—it is her full-time passion. With thousands of successful injection visits throughout her career, she brings a refined clinical eye and a strong commitment to safety and excellence in every treatment.
As Medical Director of La Belle Medical Aesthetic Clinic, Brittany plays a pivotal leadership role in supporting the clinical team and developing the clinic’s signature evidence-based protocols. She ensures that every procedure performed at La Belle aligns with the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and patient care. Brittany is also a trained Aesthetic Laser Safety Officer, having completed certification through Canadian Laser Safety, ensuring rigorous laser safety standards across all clinic treatments.
Specializing in full-face treatments, Brittany customizes each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of her clients. Her philosophy focuses on full-face balance and harmony rather than isolated corrections, creating natural, refined, and long-lasting results that enhance each patient’s individual beauty.
At La Belle Medical Aesthetic Clinic, Brittany values building long-term relationships with her patients. She believes the aesthetic journey is about confidence at every stage and takes pride in crafting thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that evolve with her clients over time.

Meet The Team
DR. Erin Palmer, BSC, MD, CCFP, FCFP
Aesthetic Medicine Physician
Erin is a family physician with over a decade of experience caring for the Saint John, NB community. She completed a BSc with Honours (UNB) and earned her medical doctorate (MD) at Dalhousie University. She went on to complete her residency in Family Medicine (CCFP) at Dalhousie and is now a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (FCFP).
Her career in family medicine has included office practice, home visits, hospital medicine, and newborn care. She is also an assistant professor with Dalhousie University, participating in teaching residents and research.
Erin has always been passionate about dermatology which naturally led her to pursue further training (and ultimately a career) in aesthetic medicine. Her training includes Basic and Advanced Injectable certification through CAMA, Sclerotherapy certification through CBAM, as well as Therapeutic Neuromodulators, Sclerotherapy and Lip enhancement through THMA. As well, she has completed Laser and Aesthetic Skin therapy through Harvard University and Advanced injection techniques, complications and cadaver training through Master Injector.
Aesthetic medicine is now her full time practice. Patients appreciate Erin’s medical expertise, honest and forthcoming advice, and commitment to achieving natural looking results that help them age with confidence. Her calm and empathetic approach helps patients feel comfortable and safe during procedures. She is dedicated to providing holistic, long term and personalized care.
Outside of her professional life, Erin is a mom of two young boys and enjoys hiking and mountain biking along with many creative pursuits including illustrating, photography and fashion
Bailey Sherwood, LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse & Laser Specialist
Bailey Sherwood is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a background in neuroscience and critical care, bringing a strong foundation of clinical expertise and patient-focused care to her role in medical aesthetics.
At La Belle Medical Aesthetic Clinic, Bailey specializes in advanced laser treatments, Microneedling with PRP, and neuromodulator injections. Working under the guidance of our Medical Director, she develops personalized treatment plans to address each patient’s unique skin concerns. Known for her precise, conservative approach, Bailey ensures every treatment is both effective and comfortable, leaving patients feeling confident and refreshed.
Bailey is deeply passionate about fostering strong patient relationships and guiding clients toward long-term skin health and rejuvenation.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys travelling, spending quality time with friends and family, and relaxing with
her beloved dog, Stella.
